Alan Goh
Malaysian founder, solution architect and trainer. I design how businesses run, then architect the systems that run them, and I teach the teams who run them.
I've spent more than fifteen years in IT delivery, solution architecture and building businesses. I studied Computer Science at the University of Malaya, worked in network engineering, enterprise optimisation consulting and software team leadership, and have run my own delivery company since 2015. I'm also co-founder of ITM System and Thinkn Insurtech.
Today I lead a group of ventures: software delivery and transformation, a vertical ERP for motorcycle dealerships, and AI-enabled workflows in insurance. My teams run on frameworks I designed: PEQ for productivity, efficiency and quality; PRC for project reporting and governance; and the Truth Engine for rebuilding knowledge from legacy systems.
The systems I've architected run to tens of millions in value and tens of thousands of users, for SMEs, enterprises and government, in Malaysia and abroad. My own business runs on AI I built: an AI CEO that plans with a full view of the company, and an AI sales and marketing engine.

Why I teach
Over the years I met many companies that had attended an AI course, knew the names of the tools, and were ready for the next step: something running in their own operations. That next step is what I teach. Where the files live, who checks the output, what happens when something changes, and which data belongs where. I've had to look after systems long after they go live, so I teach AI the way it has to work inside a real company.
I'm not under any reseller program with the AI platforms I teach.
